Local Tradez does not perform building work, trade services, maintenance services, project management services, or construction services.

• Contractor workmanship, licensing status, or insurance status
• Qualifications, conduct, availability, or suitability
• Pricing, project outcomes, or completion timeframes

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any contractor or service provider, including verifying licences, insurance, qualifications, registrations, references, reviews, and suitability for the intended works.

Any agreements, services, pricing, quotes, project outcomes, warranties, or arrangements made between customers and contractors are solely between those parties. Local Tradez does not process payments between customers and contractors and does not collect customer payment information as part of its core platform services.
