Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

 

User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload to the platform.

By uploading content, users grant Local Tradez a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, process and use that content for the operation of the platform.

 

Unauthorised Use

Any unauthorised use of Local Tradez intellectual property may result in:

• Removal of platform access
• Suspension of accounts
• Legal action
• Injunctive relief
• Claims for damages

to the fullest extent permitted by law.
